Who we are
LifeScore ("we", "us", "our") is operated by TripMemo LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. This policy applies to the LifeScore website at lifescoretest.com and the LifeScore mobile application (together, the "Service").
Data we collect
- Account information: If you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from the sign-in provider. We use this solely to create and manage your account.
- Assessment inputs: Answers you provide during tests and quizzes. On the website these are processed anonymously. In the mobile app they may be associated with your account.
- Purchase data: When you make a purchase, payment is handled by our payment processors (Stripe on the website; Apple App Store or Google Play Store in the mobile app). We do not store your full card details. We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase records.
- Usage and analytics data: We collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited, features used, device type, and general location. This is processed through Mixpanel (mobile app), Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics (website).
- Advertising data: We use the Meta SDK to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. This may include device identifiers and in-app events shared with Meta.
How we use your data
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process purchases and deliver paid content.
- To analyse usage patterns and improve the user experience.
- To measure advertising performance.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, or spam.
- To provide support when you contact us.
Third-party services
We share data with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Stripe — payment processing (website)
- RevenueCat — in-app purchase management (mobile app)
- Mixpanel — product analytics (mobile app)
- Meta / Facebook — advertising measurement (mobile app)
- Google Tag Manager — tag management (website)
- Vercel — hosting and web analytics (website)
- Apple / Google — sign-in authentication and app distribution
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g. financial transaction records).
Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability where applicable.

Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the LifeScore mobile app. For full instructions, see our data deletion page. You may also request deletion by emailing support@lifescoretest.com.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
