By accessing or using the LifeScore website at lifescoretest.com or the LifeScore mobile application (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LifeScore assessments, scores, and content are provided for educational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, or professional advice. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any important life decisions.

You may create an account using Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Certain features require payment. On the website, payments are processed by Stripe. In the mobile app, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Website reports and practice products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The Complete Mind Pack includes lifetime unlimited access to assessments and retakes on the LifeScore website, including future website tests, with no recurring payment. Repeat assessments can use the same question bank. Each IQ result includes its own downloadable report and certificate. No schedule or quantity of future test releases is promised. Digital access is provided after successful payment. Your applicable cancellation rights and statutory rights if content is faulty or not as described are unaffected. For in-app purchases, the relevant app-store refund process applies.

Your selected offer states exactly which reports, PDFs and bonus assessments are included. Bonus assessments require completing their own questionnaires. Practice materials do not guarantee an IQ increase. Assessment records verify an issued online result, not identity, clinical IQ or a professional qualification. Save your private report link and PDF copies. If you experience issues with a purchase, contact support with your transaction details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.

We may restrict or terminate access if we detect abuse.

All content, assessments, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to LifeScore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. You can delete your account and data as described in our data deletion instructions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
