1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the LifeScore website at lifescoretest.com or the LifeScore mobile application (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose

LifeScore assessments, scores, and content are provided for educational and self-development purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, or professional advice. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any important life decisions.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases and payments

Certain features require payment. On the website, payments are processed by Stripe. In the mobile app, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund policies of the relevant app store. For in-app purchases, refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google as applicable.

If you experience issues with a purchase, contact support with your transaction details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Make fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.

We may restrict or terminate access if we detect abuse.

6. Intellectual property

All content, assessments, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to LifeScore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data. You can delete your account and data as described in our data deletion instructions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
