What is Johan Liebert's IQ?

    After Tenma saves him, Johan leaves candy that poisons the hospital's director Heinemann and doctors Oppenheim and Boyer, the men who had pushed Tenma to abandon his patient and who are cut out of the story in one stroke. The murders come with a clean escape, and Tenma himself becomes the police suspect. It is a compact, cold piece of planning by someone who is still a child, and it sets up the entire series.

It is planning under uncertainty with a hard constraint: one leak ends it.

Fandom puts Johan at 180 or more because he seems untouchable. The series mostly shows the results of his influence, not the process, and much of his ability was manufactured by Kinderheim 511 and the Red Rose Mansion rather than earned.
