VodafoneThree combines a video interview, an image-based questionnaire and a logic test in one 45-minute assessment
VodafoneThree's graduate page describes a single digital assessment of around 45 minutes with three parts: a video interview, an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. Older Vodafone pages describe a shorter version with a logic game. The change is worth knowing about.

How close is this practice test to the VodafoneThree test?
VodafoneThree describes its digital assessment as a video interview, an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test, taking around 45 minutes. The CCAT practice test has number series, deduction and shape-sequence questions under a short clock, which is the closest rehearsal for a logical reasoning test.
VodafoneThree does not describe the logical reasoning test beyond its name, and older pages describe a logical reasoning game of about 30 minutes. The video interview and the image-based questionnaire cannot be rehearsed with a reasoning test. Which version you meet depends on the intake.
It is a CCAT-style test: 50 original questions in 15 minutes. Check the test name in your invitation email before you decide how to prepare.

One digital assessment with three jobs
VodafoneThree's Graduate Future Leader page puts three activities inside a single digital assessment that takes around 45 minutes: a video interview, an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. Each tests something different, so the preparation splits into three.
The assessment is early in the process, before any human conversation beyond the recorded video. That makes it a screening stage, and it is worth setting aside a calm hour for it.
The logical reasoning test
VodafoneThree gives the logical reasoning test only a name. Logic tests of this kind usually give you rules and ask what follows, or give you a pattern and ask what comes next. The CCAT practice test has both types under a short clock.
Run it once, and use the CCAT sample questions page to understand how each logic question type is solved. If you can finish the CCAT's logic questions at a steady pace, a 45-minute assessment with a logic section in it will feel manageable.
Why the questionnaire uses images
VodafoneThree calls its personality questionnaire image-based, which points to pictures rather than long written statements. It does not say on the pages we read how the questionnaire is scored or what it is compared against.
You cannot study for it. Answer quickly and honestly. If you find yourself deliberating over which picture "sounds" right, you are probably overthinking it.
Competency questions, no technical content
Vodafone advises that the video questions are competency-based, so you should not expect technical topics. It tells you to prepare as you would for a regular face-to-face interview. An older page described five video questions.
Choose three examples from study, work or projects that show teamwork, problem solving and initiative, and be ready to adapt each to a question you have not seen. Practise on camera once, then stop.
Centre, feedback and eligibility
The assessment centre, between November and January, is described as a one-to-one strengths-based interview, a role-specific exercise and a core exercise, virtual or in person. Vodafone says it will be back in touch within seven days, and it gives feedback after the centre but not after the online stage.
The graduate programme requires a UK work permit valid for its duration without sponsorship, and the Graduate Route visa is not currently accepted. Candidates can apply to only one programme per year, so choose with care. Our guide to telecoms, retail and logistics assessments shows how this compares with similar employers.
